We had an incredible stay at these cabins nestled in a stunning location overlooking the Strait of Belle Isle. Our cozy and clean cabin had a comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, and a sparkling bathroom. the friendly staff provided great service and the continental breakfast was satisfying. We were lucky to enjoy the breathtaking views of the sea ice from our cabin. Plus, we had the opportunity to take a guided tour of the nearby Burnt Cape Ecological Reserve, where we learned about the rare plant and animal life.
There were some issues with the Genius discount and billing, which left us feeling slightly disappointed.

The cabin was clean and comfortable, providing us with a cozy home away from home. We especially loved the jacuzzi, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location right on the bay was beautiful, and being able to let our dog off leash to run around was a bonus. The hosts, Dennis and Donna, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the fact that the cabins were pet-friendly. Despite the minor inconveniences like limited WiFi and insects, we had a great time. I highly recommend Burnt Cape Cabins for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

The location of the cabins is great for exploring nearby attractions like L'Anse Aux Meadows and St Anthony. the cabins themselves are spacious, with full-sized kitchens, comfortable beds, and even washers and dryers. the proximity to the water's edge also offers beautiful views and the opportunity to enjoy sunsets. the on-site restaurant receives rave reviews for its delicious meals, including moose burgers and panfried cod.
The soundproofing between some cabins is poor, so noise from neighboring cabins can be heard.

Convenient location for exploring nearby attractions and towns
Spacious and well-equipped cabins with a kitchen and washer/dryer. Friendly and helpful staff
Difficult to find the correct location, especially without cell service for navigation. Some confusion about which property was booked and ended up at.

stayed at the burnt cape cabins villa in raleigh last time, but this time we chose viking lodge, owned by the same person. the staff were fantastic, making our two night stay unforgettable. rooms were cozy, just needed more counter space.
Road to viking lodge was rough.

We had a fantastic stay in a beautiful cabin with a stunning view of the sea. The location was quiet and private, perfect for a peaceful getaway. The cabin was clean and cozy, providing us with a comfortable and enjoyable experience. the owners were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
One thing to note is that the cabin we stayed in had small windows at the front, limiting our view from the inside. there was no cell service in the area, which may be inconvenient for some guests.

Lovely, comfortable cabins right on the water. Great location close to Burnt Cape Ecological reserve and a short drive to L’Anse aux Meadows. Beautifully prepared fresh lobster for dinner at the cafe. Very friendly and helpful owners.
We didn't realize that the single rooms are not in the same town as the cabins. The facilities are 20 km apart.

The cabin we stayed in had a beautiful ocean view and a comfortable bed. We were also pleased with the well-equipped kitchen and clean bathroom. The location of the hotel was ideal for exploring nearby attractions like L'Anse aux Meadow, Dark Tickle, and St Anthony's. the cabin provided a cozy and romantic setting for our escape.
Our experience was marred by a couple of issues. the check-in process was problematic as we were initially asked to move cabins after two nights.

We had an amazing stay at Burnt Cape Cabins. The view from our cabin was breathtaking, with a clear view of the bay and the soothing sound of the ocean. The cabin itself felt like a cozy home away from home, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. We even had the convenience of a washer and dryer in the cabin. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore nearby attractions and enjoy the serene village atmosphere. we highly recommend Burnt Cape Cabins for a comfortable, accessible, and beautiful getaway.
Drawbacks: However, we did face a small issue at check-in where we were initially told to move cabins after two nights. There was also an unresolved issue with the Genius discount not being honored.
